Calorie intake: For you weight, age etc, i would suggest 1200 calories on days you are not very active, and 1500 calories on days where you have dance or other significant exercise. Eat lots of high fiber foods and make sure you are drinking plenty of water - for your weight/height you should drink 80 ounces a day!
