Doctor's call: after putting clinical findings in context with radiologic study. It may be just inflamed mucous lining of the sinuses vs true chronic infection, which if true, a broad spectrum antibiotic would be needed rather, cefprozil wouldn't be recommended as it might not work, best wishes
