Nasal saline: Rinse nasal passages and discuss antibiotics with your PCP. Watch for signs of fever and headache.

Ask doc : Whoever ordered the scan or your primary doc should be called. S/he may or may not have the info. At your age it is most likely an infection requiring prescribed medication.
