Yes you can: make sure you give the right dose as guided, if high fever, not reponding to treament, any other symptom as cough, vomiting/diarhhoea, acting sick, rash, etc.. please see his doctor, wish you both wellness

OK: Not all fever needs to be treated, but if its over 100F, a dose or two is ok, if fever persists, take him to the doctor for a quick checkup
