My 3 month old has had fevers over 38c for 2 days and isnt herself other symptoms are not feeding as often, sleeping heaps and smelly urine. i've been giving her panadol (acetaminophen) every 4 hours.

See doc: Take your baby to doc immediately. It's not that common for a 3 month old to have fever. Her condition is concerning enough for immediate referral.

NEEDS EVALUATION: Moms know best - she is not herself, sleepy and febrile. Worse, she has smelly urine. The urine could just be she's dehydrated, but it is as likely she has a urinary tract infection, which at her age could be very serious. She absolutely needs evaluation today, and make sure they check her urine and culture it. This cannot wait until monday if she has already been sick 2 days. If needed. Go to er.
