See doc: Take your baby to doc immediately. It's not that common for a 3 month old to have fever. Her condition is concerning enough for immediate referral.

NEEDS EVALUATION: Moms know best - she is not herself, sleepy and febrile. Worse, she has smelly urine. The urine could just be she's dehydrated, but it is as likely she has a urinary tract infection, which at her age could be very serious.
