Proteinuria: Protein in the urine has a variety of causes. Are you diabetic? This is a common cause. Also nephrotic syndrome and IGa nephropathy can cause it as well as exercise with muscle breakdown,You will need a full workup from your doctor and possibly see a nephrologist
