A cat scan showed a thickening of my pericardial sac. im supposed to take the report to my dr. what could that be?

See below: Could be a little bit of fluid (which can be normal) or could be sign of something called constrictive pericarditis. There are other more rare things and kind of depends on degree of thickening.
