Cardiologist ordered Echo and Chest Xray recently (i have been having ongoing heart palpitations) I had Covid November of 2022. Echo showed mild pericardial effusion and Chest Xray showed mild scarring and 1 lung nodule. Can Long Covid cause this?

A cardiologist suggested a calcium score/CT scan but didnt know if that scan would show what a CTA ordered for a possible PE would see. Can you tell me if one CT scan would show blockages and/or a PE so I don't need two scans?
