Several can: Tingling in both feet can suggest that the lumbar nerves are being irritated or compressed on the left and right side. A disc bulge/herniation or stenosis (narrowing) of the nerve canals on both sides of the spine can cause symptoms in both feet. Radiation to the feet often means L4-L5 or L5-S1.
