Mri shows disc bulge at l4/l5. will disc return to normal position with time n stretches? what caused it? does it mean more danger of it herniating?

Part of Aging Proces: Bulging discs are very common especially as we age. That same MRI probably also showed some loss of water content in the discs. Bulging discs are usually asymptomatic and don't go on to herniate. Bulging discs do not return to a non-bulging configuration.
