What do you: Need help. Like you stated it is a rare condition. Most doctors will treat with the same combination medications for H pylori. Symptoms are similar but milder. Most GI doctors and Internist can treat. If symptoms persist retreat ment. Avoid NSAIDS, Smoking, infected cats or dogs or pigs and good hygiene may prevent reinfection.
