Some fat: yes, there is fat in chicken, but significantly less than in other meats, like beef. Six ounces of chicken breast has about 6 grams of fat. Another part of the chicken (like the thigh) will have more fat. Keep in mind, that a little fat is not a bad thing. Your body needs both protein for muscles and fat (to help absorb nutrients).
