The first thing: someone would want to check is your thyroid...an overactive thyroid could cause this (though you would probably have other symptoms, too, like palpitations, tremors, etc). Beyond this, make sure you are getting enough calories (every day) and they are the "right" kind..including healthy fats and carbs. Also exclude diabetes, gastrointestinal malabsorption, even cancer.
