Maybe: There are conditions associated with being overweight that can cause difficulty ovulating and getting pregnant. Loosing weight can sometimes improve this, but not always. Your gyn can help you with figuring out if you are ovulating and when you can get pregnant.

Possibly: Weight loss or stress can both cause a period to be delayed or missed. The only way to really know right now is by taking a pregnancy test. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. (:.

Period & wt loss: Rapid weight loss can affect your menstrual cycle. Normally, an overweight female may have irregular periods which can become normal after losing weight. However, opposite can happen as well.

Possibly: Losing significant weight as you did can alter menstrual pattern, particularly if you have been continuing to restrict your intake. It also could be pregnancy. Either way, please eat small frequent meals, eating 1200kcal/day and 80+oz water/day for you & maybe your baby to be healthy!
