Stay cool/hydration: See my checklist on "heat stroke." Limit your time in the sun, esp. when temps exceed 90 degrees. Wear light-fitting and lighter-colored clothing. Wear a hat to keep sun off the face & head. Hydrate well with cool liquids before, during and after being outside. Spend time in the shade if possible. Make an ice towel. If you suspect that someone has heat stroke -- also known as sunstroke -- call an ambulance immediately and give first aid until paramedics arrive. http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/heat-stroke-symptoms-and-treatment#1
