Low risk, not zero: Your partner could have HIV if she has become infected very recently, before her test has had a chance to become positive. But if not exposed in the past few weeks, her negative test result means you could not have caught it. OTOH, it sounds like you're both could be at risk. Please use condoms unless and until you both have been tested for HIV and known to be negative for a few weeks.
