It depends...: This depends on your diet, exposure to environmental toxins, genetics etc. Vitamins are no substitute for a healthy diet, but I advise a quality multivit. with natural E & the L-5-MTHF form of folate, (folic acid) without additives like titanium dioxide or polyethylene glycol,also Vit. C, about 1,000 mg 2x/day and D3 5000 iu/day (D3 esp. in fall and winter but year-round if you don't get much sun),See comment:
