BP elevated.: The obvious concern here is that your blood pressure has increased off the Benicar, (olmesartan) and if your BP goes up quickly it can cause a headache. You should check your BP today to make sure it hasn't spiked up too high. If your numbers seem too high, say > 160/90, then you should try to see a doctor today.
