Thyroid cancer: A thyroidologist or endocrinologist are best qualified to follow a patient who has been treated for thyroid cancer. Scanning of the thyroid area is one way of detecting recurrence, but other more specialized methods may be used by specialists in this field.

22 y.o., very worried about high ige of 1909, ESR of 65, CRP 15.6, and LDH of 239. All other blood work normal. US of neck lymph nodes showed likely reactive. Normal ab CT scan. Does this sound more likely of cancer or of inflammation? Rash too.
