CBC is uninformative: My understanding of your question is that you have shoulder and back pain, and you are worried about cancer. Doctors did tests consisting of a cbc, a thyroid panel, and a test that you don't know what it was. If you are concerned about cancer, you should directly ask the doctor if you might have cancer.

Probably not: Routine labs (cbc, chem profile) won't show a primary cancer until it's making you quite sick. Any concern like this, get with your physician again.
