I had a series of blood work done. comp. panel, hormones thyroid etc. would anything flag abnormal if i had a possible cancer, leukemia etc. ?

Not necessarily: Blood tests is more likely to reveal leukemia, even though it not always possible to diagnose leukemia from blood tests. Cancer is rarely diagnosed from blood tests. This issue should be discussed with your doctor.

Looks good: But sometimes leukemias and cancer can not be picked up in blood. Just keep going for routine physician visits and all should be well :).
