No: Incomplete rbbb is the textbook finding in the presence of pfo and is due to right ventricular volume overload over a long time. Irbbb, itself, is harmless, doesn't cause symptoms, is just a marker, and doesn't need treatment. Sinus rhythm is the medical name for normal rhythm.
