Floras: You can take up to 0.8 mg flomax (tamsulosin) daily. The dose will likely cause side effects. Common for Flomax: dizzinee and headache. You may have troubles with BP being low. Carful when standing. The effects may last 24 hours. I would call your local poison center for further information.
