See answer: The normal dose of Flomax (Tamsulosin) is 0.4 mg 1-2 daily either together or 12 hrs apart. Would not expect any serious reaction(s) from taking the extra dose and you should be able to resume your once daily dosing 24 hrs after taking the 2 doses. Most common side effect is feeling light-headed or dizzy.
