No let your doctor: Evaluate first , will find the cause, may due to post radiation edema , which will subside , and change the dose if needed, .

No: The maximum dose for Flomax (tamsulosin) is 0.8mg. Ask your radiation oncologist if there is something else that can be done, such as adding Ibuprofen (if you've been told by your physician that it is ok for you to take ibuprofen).
