How long will it take to get saw palmetto into my system? i will be transitioning from flomax (tamsulosin). what is proper way to handle the transition time?

Saw palmetto is a herb that acts like Finasteride and supposedly reduces the size of the prostate. Studies have shown very little effect of saw palmetto on the prostate. Flomax (tamsulosin) does not affect the size of the prostate, relaxes the smooth muscle of the prostate and its capsule and allows for better flow.
