Escitalopram: is a widely used prescription medication, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It is used to treat depression and anxiety. Escitalopram is marketed as Lexapro (escitalopram) and Cipralex. Dose ranges from 10 to 20 mg with some variation necessary to individualize the amount. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
