Depends: Each person responds differently to different antidepressants so it is hard to know. In my experience people tend to respond better to LExapro (escitalopram) for GAD compared to Remeron.

Similar: Lexapro (escitalopram) and Remeron work similarly. Remeron's advantage is it is used at night and improves sleep very rapidly so if there is a sleep problem this may be preferable.
