Prednisone & clindycine with benadryl (diphenhydramine) & cetaphil eczema calming lotion. my face is now scanned over, no more weeping. how long will this last?

Depends: Prednisone will likely control most skin inflammation but may cause serious side effects if taken for a long time. It is also unusual for atopic eczema to involve the face alone. Whether the condition will return or not depends on the actual cause of the disease. If clindamycin is used at low dose regularly as an anti-inflammatory agent , it may well control the disease process.
