3 urine culture reports show mixed flora. but it says final organism 1 colony count so how is it mixed flora? this has been reissued three times and urologist refuses to treat even tho i have symptoms. what can i do??? also have rbc, wbc, cloudy

Cystitis? Not UTI: Your urine cultures are definitely negative; mixed flora on urine culture in these small amounts is normal and not the cause of infection. Probably you have some bladder inflammation other than infection, such as interstitial cystitis. This can be a drug reaction, maybe due to one of your UTI antibiotics. Or autoimmune. Ask your doctor for referral to a urologist. Good luck!
