Assessment: A full psychological assessment can help you to determine if your symptoms are consistent with bipolar disorder and ADHD. A licensed psychologist who does testing should be able to help with the diagnosis. From there he or she can either treat your concerns or refer you to a psychologist and/or psychiatrist who will be able to help.
