NO but need: She need to be investigated , most likely due to irritation from endotracheal tube used to administer anesthesia , may have developed bronchitis , let her doctor examine her , and take an appointment for follow up visit.

What happens if i cough during total thyroidectomy surgery?
Ultrasound showed vascular nodule (9 x 4 x 4 mm) in postoperative thyroid bed. Thyroidectomy 6 1/2 years ago (suspected cancer was Neg. ) and now Elevated thyroglobulin antibodies 332 (range 0 - 6) and TPO AB 24 (range 0 - 5). Should I be concerned?
