My mother was suffering from dry cough few day back.........the cough is treated but now she gets attack of cough with breathlesness when bow her head?

Impingement?: A cough and shortness of breath when one flexes their neck suggests that there is irritation of the larynx and possibly impingement of it. You need to see your PCP for evaluation with imaging of the upper respiratory tree and the neck. There could be a mass or swelling in the neck that could cause this.
