Mgt: I would suggest that he have a screening exam and test for TB. TB is highly contagious. Has he had a chest radiograph as yet? If not, it is indicated given his exposure and symptoms. Monitor his temperature and check for any lymph node swelling in the meantime.

Exposure to cold worsen the condition, Blood tests done, no indication of cancer or tb, no hiv, wheezing is present, scan has shown lymph nodes enlargement resulting in neck lump. High blood pressure, anemic patient, barking sound when coughing.
