Hi doctor, im tb treatment it's been two weeks now, no side effects or anything but my cough recently started to be worse and very painful in my chest?

Revisit your Doctor: Painful cough may be due to worsening of your chest infection. You should check it with your doctor who put you on TB medicines. There may be added infection like a pneumonia which often causes chest pain. A repeat X-ray of the chest should be done to compare with the older/last chest X-ray to check for pneumonia. Take paracetamol to relieve the pain while waiting for your doctor's response.
