Change can be...: extremely difficult because it requires us to shift away from something we know. It might be helpful for you to identify why you feel you need to change and what sorts of benefits can come from that change. Also, because there are steps in the change process, it may be helpful for you to work through both your goals and your fears with a therapist. Good luck!
