Usually ok: Women taking BC pills properly, every day, don't seem to get pregnant merely due to traveling. Otherwise, doctors would hear lots of women saying, "It's weird, but I get pregnant every time I travel to..." For combination BC pills, a 3-hour time zone change can be ignored. For bigger time zone changes, a woman may feel safer transitioning into her "new pill-taking time" over a few days.
