Varies widely: The cervix will vary a lot from person to person just like your nose, ears and any other body part. No two will look or feel exactly the same. It is great that you are interested in knowing your body. There is no reason to check cervical position unless you are actively in labor as it will not mean anything and no conclusions can be made.
