See doc.: Antidepressant medications can help for a time, but later need adjusting if they are not working. Also, therapy along with meds is much better to treat depression. If you do not have a therapist, get one. See your doc to see if an adjustment of your medication is in order. Eating properly, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep & avoiding alcohol and recr. drugs are all things you can do now.
