Damaged hand: You seem to have damaged the nerves and tendons in your hand. I would see a hand orthopedist ASAP. He may have to do some tendon transplants depending upon the extent of the damage that you have sustained. You can check out HSS in NYC or Columbia.

Very sensitive: Very sensitive area. Now you say kind of deep. If you think you need stitches better get checked now. Now the numbness shags in how deep is this wound. I think you really should see your doctor and have the hand examined for serious injury
