Oral surgery: If this is ongoing, that would be expected from the extractions. If this is new, call your dentist especially if there is any fever - infection is a worry.

Not unexpected: but the earache is likely from the jaw being kept wide open for likely a long time. This should usually resolve in a couple of weeks .
