Dry Socket?: It could be what we call a dry socket where the blot clot in the socket is lost and there is exposed bone. You may or may not also have an infection. Finally, it could be a problem with an adjacent tooth. Please call the dentist who removed your tooth as soon as possible so he\she can evaluate your extractions site and treat you accordingly.

Dry Socket: Stephstuar; Most likely one of your extraction sites is compromised. You may have gotten a bit of food in site. The area is not healing and requires dry socket therapy. Contact the dentist who preformed the extractions; a short visit should relieve the symptoms immediately.
