Rheumatology: Depending on what type of autoimmune conditions you suffer from, a rheumatologist would be best for a systemic disease, such as lupus. For a condition such as autoimmune hepatitis, a gastroenterologist with focus on liver disorders would offer best advise for such. Best would be to involve your primary care doc in making the referrals.
