Needs to be option..: If you are known to have asthma and you are having an exacerbation (wheezing and difficulty breathing) that is not responding to your albuterol rescue inhaler (2 puffs every 4 hours) then being evaluated in the hospital doesn't get to be an option - it is required. People still die from asthma that they don't take seriously - talk to your parent/guardian and be seen now.

Primatene mist and..: Not sure why going to the hospital is not an option (if in financial need Medical should cover) but if not should at least see a primary care MD at office. Try Primatene mist, an over-the-counter inhaler that works similarly to prescription inhalers. Try Boswellia 500 mg 2x/day, magenesium (taurate or citrate) and a good multivitamin.
