MD visit ASAP: This question cannot be adequately answered via the internet. A full medical work up with blood testing and possibly imaging will need to be done. With unexplained weight loss and breathing symptoms you must see a physician immediately. Wishing you the very best of luck and health!

Please see your doc: Many causes are possible for these symptoms. For a solid diagnosis you really need to be seen and examined personally by your physician. Please get in to see your doctor as soon as you can.
