Some of this: would depend on her age. If she is in menopause, the most likely explanation is dry vaginal tissues which may bleed with increased pelvic pressure from lifting. Or perhaps when she lifts, pelvic pressure forces a small amount of blood from the uterus/vagina. In either case she needs a Doctor evaluation. No treatment until the cause is determined.
