If you work on it: Life sometimes gives all of things we are not skilled enough to deal with. Such an event gives you the equivalent of post traumatic stress disorder. If you can find a life coach/therapist to teach you the skills needed to master this you can get past it. If you don't, expect it to remain or worsen over time.
