Can i take 3 5/325 norcos? i know this is 650mg of tylenol (acetaminophen) & to stay under 4g/day. is it safe otherwise? just had neck surgery & the 1 pill isn't work

Bad idea: What you need to do is contact the doctor who did the surgery and/or your usual doctor. This needs the attention of the responsible pro and they'll help with the pain management. It's really important. Don't add to your problems by self-treatment. Best!
