Live life, be happy: In general, one should live life and not worry about 3-week pregnancies. At 3 weeks, one is barely pregnant. Maybe 4 out of 5 such pregnancies will continue on to delivery, regardless of what a woman does (that's nature at work). What will be will be, so live life and enjoy each day as it comes. Excess bed rest is not good for normal bodies, because muscles get weak, bones lose calcium, etc...

Seek OB/Maternal car: You should seek a medical professional(like an obstetrician) to monitor your pregnancy and guide you though this period. From my point of view, you should maintain your normal activities like daily walks and office work. Unless you have a high risk pregnancy, there is no need to restrict yourself...but your Obstetrics doctor is your best guide. Good luck with your pregnancy.

Can get back to work: Programs have always been divided on whether a woman can resume normal activity or should be on bed rest for a period of time after embryo transfer. A recent study actually showed that the pregnancy rate was higher if woman resumed regular activity immediately after the transfer. Hope this helps.
