Good recovery: The T11 vertebra is somewhat supported by the ribs above and below. If there is a minimal compression then the healing should be fairly quick. The most important thing is to use good posture as you sit - use the muscles to support your back rather than slouching and putting pressure directly on the spine. You also want to take frequent breaks to stand and stretch.
